Firstly, we’ve streamlined the process for tracking your agents’ assignments. With a simple hover over their profile picture on the Schedule page, you gain instant access to essential details such as their current shift, available workstreams, team affiliations, and even Zendesk groups.
An incredible way to export the draft version of a schedule
Navigating schedule edits has never been easier. Use our import feature seamlessly by exporting the draft schedule, making necessary adjustments, and effortlessly re-importing it.
And the super-useful publish states
Bid farewell to uncertainty regarding published schedules. Our new indicator system leaves no room for doubt. A faded “Published” label signals that everything is up-to-date, while a vibrant blue “Publish” button indicates pending changes awaiting your agents’ attention.
