Speakers announced for the top CX event of 2025, Zendesk Relate

The future of AI and CX will be center stage March 25-27, with Zendesk announcements broadcast live from Las Vegas

In anticipation of Zendesk Relate, the company’s annual customer conference, the initial mainstage speakers have been announced. These industry leaders and tech visionaries will inspire and guide attendees in creating meaningful experiences that bring immediate ROI and lasting value – especially important now, given how fast AI is changing everything.

The list of speakers can be found here, which currently includes:

  • Trevor Noah – Emmy Award-Winning Comedian & Bestselling Author Known for Hosting The Daily Show. He will have a lively conversation on creating engaging, human-centered customer experiences. Known for his wit and skill at breaking down complex topics, Trevor offers fresh insights on delivering CX that resonates and leaves a lasting impact. Prepare to learn, laugh, and gain new perspectives on the power of clarity and connection in today’s world of AI-powered customer experience.
  • The Rt. Hon. Dame Jacinda Ardern – Former Prime Minister of New Zealand (2017-2023), current Board Member of The Earthshot Prize and Founder of Field Fellowship for Empathetic Leadership. Drawing from her experience navigating global challenges and leading with compassion, Dame Ardern will share insights on fostering resilience and purpose-driven change. In an evolving world shaped by AI, her lessons on empathy, transparency, and adaptability offer a powerful framework for today’s business leaders, as they seek to balance technology with humanity.
  • Nicholas Thompson – CEO of The Atlantic. Nicholas will discuss all the transformative potential of AI beyond customer experience, revealing how AI is evolving entire industries, reshaping products, and pushing boundaries of what’s possible. Additionally, he will explore the future technologies set to redefine our daily lives and business landscapes.

The agenda is rounded out with sessions from companies known for their best-in-class CX operations, including Twilio, Notion, Canva, and Lush. The latest agenda can be found here, with more speakers to be added in the coming weeks.

Zendesk Chief Executive Officer Tom Eggemeier will deliver a keynote on the big-picture view of the CX industry and how Zendesk is guiding customers to prepare for what’s next in AI. He will be followed by speakers including Chief Technology Officer Adrian McDermott and SVP Product and Solutions Marketing Lisa Kant, among others.

At the ARIA Resort & Casino, attendees can expect interactive demos and hands-on training sessions following exclusive product unveilings. There will also be the opportunity to hear inspiring customer stories, take part in captivating evening events, as well as network with top experts and like-minded peers.

Zendesk Relate will also have a virtual component — the keynote will be livestreamed and some sessions will be available on-demand after the event. There will be several broadcasts in English, supported by local language closed captioning. Registration for the digital keynote will open soon.
