As recommended by Zendesk, we have multiple forms built to support our fans. The same fields aren't shared across multiple forms. Love the idea of this app, but how can we utilize this when we can't pinpoint one field to compare across forms?

Great I saves time, by displaying automatically the other points that have a value in common in one of the 3 custom fielfds you choose.
