I want to have a link to external user profile on the ticket page. But the placeholder "reviewer.external_id" doesn't work.

Is it still not possible to add the option to use Full-URLs from a custom field? It is the selling point for me.

almost 4 years agoIn the meantime we added this feature to use full URLs and also added the option to use non-http URLs to open a GUI/Client locally. The app-update is about to be submitted to the marketplace very soon.

Seems like a nice replacement for External links. I had one problem though. I have a custom field that is a full URL, and the app marks it "invalid" if I try to just enter {{ticket.customfield_12345678}} as the full URL contents. It seems to want a 'https://www.example.com/' at the beginning before it considers the string valid. Interested in hearing the pricing......

over 5 years agoWe've added the option to use Full-URLs from a custom field as task in our backlog. Should be available in the next version of the app.

This is great! I'm having some issues adding another row. My [Add Row] button is disabled after adding one row.

over 5 years agoFirst of all thank you for the review! This feature is disabled in the FREE version of the DeepLink App. The PLUS version (paid app / month / account) is available soon wihin the Zendesk Marketplace.
