This integration is only partially functional. The feature that updates the Zendesk ticket when a workflow action is taken does not work. As a result, our support team can see that an Axosoft item exists from Zendesk, but they don't get updates when that Axosoft item is resolved, implemented, etc. Axosoft is aware of the problem (per the other folks below). The issue is due to a failure to create SSL/TLS connection from Axosoft to Zendesk. Presumably this is because Zendesk requires a newer version of TLS than Axosoft is using. You an see the details of the error in the Axosoft exception viewer (per below). Axosoft has not committed to fix the issue. Message: The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel. We are unable to Update the Zendesk Ticket Status or notes from the Axosoft workflow.. I did find a searchable Zendesk Tag of Axosoft_Linked. This helps to find issues linked.
Linking tickets add some value. The value of this app would be a 4 if the change of status in Axosoft also changed the status of the ticket in Zendesk. I guess that's what the known issue is about.. wonder when it will be fixed.
Does not work. Contacted Axosoft support and they told me there is a known issue between the Zendesk and Axosoft API and they are not sure when it will be fixed.
