Works great and is super easy to use. Their documentation made it quick to connect the source up with PowerBI and start pulling in the Zendesk Sell data that we need for some reporting.

This is a great product. Easy and seamless setup. Once setup this works just as any other PBI data model. After connecting via desktop it is easy to publish to the service and set up scheduled refresh. This solved all the issues that I had with the build in PBI connector, which does not pull in custom fields. This does everything. Also received great support with the few questions that I had
