We are using this template for our helpdesk and are pretty satisfied with it. We appreciate the design and the features. We customized it with our graphic charter wich does not require any coding skills.

We needed a more robust theme for our help center. We tried a few from the marketplace and found that Lotus Themes had the best offering. After the implementation, we haven’t had any issues, everything is intuitive, and the theme works great. It’s also a good value for the price because of a better look and a lot of customization options. In addition to this, formatting components inside articles are fantastic and super easy to use. We're so happy with the theme. Highly recommended!
